Cheryl Debra Smith Hedges

May 29, 1956 - November 14, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Cheryl Debra Smith Hedges (née Smith) at Springdale Country Manor on Thursday, November 14, 2024, in her 69th year.

Cheryl was the beloved wife of David Hedges for 32 years. She is lovingly remembered by her siblings Karen Brunton and Craig Smith, and her nieces and nephews. Cheryl was predeceased by her parents, Chalmers and Phyllis Smith. She will be fondly remembered for her kind spirit and the love she shared with her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Cheryl’s Memorial Service in the Chapel of Highland Park Funeral Centre on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery, with a light luncheon to be held in the Highland Reception Centre.

In memory of Cheryl, donations to the Canadian Arthritis Society would be greatly appreciated by her family.
