VAN OSS, Henry "Hank" - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Henry "Hank" Van Oss.
A beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He passed away January 17, 2024, with his family by his side.
Hank is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia (Patt); his 3 children and their respective families: his eldest daughter, Sheri and family, son, Michael (Marisa), and his youngest daughter, Traci (Blair).
He took immense pride in his cherished grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, Bryson, Preston and Riley.
Hank was predeceased by his parents, and two brothers, Adriana and Cornelius Van Oss, John (Helen) and Peter (Linda).
Dear brother of Gerry (Liz), Mary (Rick) and Annie (Orval).
He will always be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. His passion for the outdoors, aviation, architecture, technology and gadgets live on in those he loved.
A Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga, on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 (his 76th birthday), from 5-9 p.m., to pay our final respects.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
