Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, September 7th, 2015 at the age of 68.
Beloved wife of Gary.
Loving mother of Gayle, Connie and Steve (Pam).
Cherished grandma of Owen and Parker.
Pat will be sadly missed by her siblings and her many friends, especially the Agnews.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, September 10th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 11th at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
