1994 - 2024
Courtney loved being a mommy to her beautiful daughter, Izabel, and adored her family. She loved music and could always be found singing her heart out! Her smile could be felt a mile away, often accompanied by a gentle giggle. Nicknamed “Chubby” by her mom and lovingly described as “Golden,” Courtney found joy in creating art through painting and drawing. She was also an avid thrift shopper and enjoyed reading a good book—provided she could find her glasses! She loved visiting the library or going for peaceful walks.
She will be dearly missed by her mother, Kimberly Hooper (Sabrina), her father, Chad Hord (Jamie), her beloved daughter Izabel, and her partner, Brad Fowler. Courtney will be fondly remembered by her sisters Case, Jaden, Shianne, and Autumn Lee, as well as her grandparents Kathy (Lori), Gary, and Darla. Her aunts and uncle Angela, Ashley, Michele, Jason, Shalla, and Tara will also cherish her memory.
Described by her many friends as “one of the best people they had ever known,” Courtney touched the lives of everyone she met. She is predeceased by her grandparents, Patricia and Alfred Norton.
