KUBATOV, Ivan - (August 11, 1940 - January 1, 2021) - Ivan Kubatov, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife of 52 years, Kazimiera, and children Elizabeth and Steve, at the age of 80.
He was a loving father to Elizabeth (Steven) and Steve (Carmela) and grandfather to Evan, Samantha, Gabriel and Lukas.
Ivan was born on August 11, 1940 and immigrated to Canada from Bać, Yugoslavia in 1965. He was a master mechanist and ran his own tool and die business for over 40 years.
Ivan loved sharing stories and enlightening his family and friends with his broad range of knowledge about geography, history, politics and science. He loved to spend time with family and friends.
Ivan will be greatly missed by many.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service will be private. Arrangements entrusted with Ward funeral homes, WOODBRIDGE Chapel.
