COOK, Janette (Crack) - At age 68, of Mitchell passed away surrounded by the love of her family at Stratford General Hospital on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
Beloved wife of Pat Cook.
Dear mother of Patti-Jo Lindner (Mark), Kevin Cook (Teresa), Linda Harris (Luke), Wayne Cook and step-daughter Toni Bradley (Steve). Loving grandmother of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dear sister of Irene 'Betty' Love and Ronald Crack (Barb). Dear sister-in-law of Larry and Helen Cook. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Walter and Anna Crack, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law Rita Cook and special uncle Emery Gaunt.
Friends will be received at Lockhart funeral home, Mitchell on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Kinkora from 10-10:45 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ben Raze - celebrant. A reception will follow at the Kinkora Community Centre. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Kinkora.
Memorial donations to Children's Health Foundaton - N.I.C.U. may be made.
