JARVIS, Lauren Mackenzie (née Brown) Jarvis -
January 5, 1990 - June 5, 2024
Died a peaceful death after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Lauren had a short but fulfilling life.
She was loved by anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She had a big heart and would do anything for anyone she cared about.
Lauren was the most amazing mother to her children Adaline and Finnley.
Her children and family were her entire world and she expressed that from unforgettable birthday parties to custom clothing for every occasion to personalized gifts.
She was all about creating memories and would always go the extra mile.
Lauren had a passion for travel and adventure which she inherited from her dad. Before they had children, Bryan and Lauren traveled the world. They snowboarded Mont-Tremblant every winter for several years. They went to England to visit her dad’s hometown and visit with family.
Their travels included Australia, Hawaii, Disneyland in Florida, Jamaica, Cuba, England, Holland, France, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Vegas and Nashville. Lauren and Bryan started the next chapter of their fairytale lives after Bryan proposed to Lauren on a suspension bridge overlooking Neuschwanstein Castle which is the real-life Disney castle located in Germany.
Lauren shared that love of travel with Adaline and Finnley. Her, Bryan and the kids travelled the east coast of Canada and United States for over 3 months in their travel trailer. They explored Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and New York.
She also shared her love of Disney with the kids by bringing them to Disneyland in Florida on 2 separate occasions. She was always looking for the next adventure whether it be camping trips, Great Wolf Lodge, waterparks, Niagara Falls, various hotel stays, Toronto Zoo, Nebs or the trampoline park.
Lauren, Bryan and the kids spent countless weekends at the family cottage on Chandos Lake. Surrounded by family and boating on their boat named "honeymoon"
Lauren excelled in school and became a passionate and caring nursing professional. She touched so many lives and hearts in her short career. She stated several times “I took care of people my entire career and now it’s their turn to take care of me.” You will be deeply missed, Lauren. Until we meet again.
Lauren leaves behind her loving husband Bryan, children Adaline and Finnley.
Her mother Kathy Graham (John Graham), father Gary Brown (Tracey Brown), Grandmother Shirley Brown, sister Chelsea (Ross) and the Jarvis family, Steve and Janet, Lindsay, Andrew and nephew Carter, Kristen and Grant.
