TRILLANES, Joan Salvador - (1972 - 2021) - It is with heartfelt sorrow the family announces the peaceful passing of Joan S. Trillanes on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Toronto General Hospital.
Loving wife and best friend of Gabriel Peñafiel and much loved mother of Gillian.
Joan was predeceased by mother Corazon; and brothers Ian and Eric. Joan will be deeply missed and remembered by all her family and friends.
She was a sister to the Team Uni Canada and to everyone at North York General.
Private funeral arrangements entrusted with Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, Thornhill.
The family would like to thank the staff at North York General Hospital and Toronto General Hospital for their tremendous efforts and care. A special thank you to friends and family for their help, prayers and support during this period. Our deepest most sincere condolences to all.
