BERGIN, John (Sean) – Born in Roscrea, County Tipperary, Ireland on March 22, 1931.
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, June 30 2022 at the age of 91 with family by his side.
Beloved husband of Jenny for almost 60 years.
Loving father of Tamzin (pre-deceased) and Meg (Stefan).
Cherished granddad to Henry and Rosie.
Dear brother to Anne.
John was a longtime employee of Statistics Canada.
He was a lover of the Manchester United Football Club, a devoted golfer (achieving a hole in one in his 70s!) – and he loved his chocolate.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
