HUARD, John Paul – Born in Jonquiere, Quebec on March 14th, 1931 and after a brief illness John slipped peacefully away on August 31st, 2017.
He left behind his children Angelina, René and Suzanne, his brother Andy (Barbara), his sister-in-law Betty and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his wife Lenora, his parents, and his siblings Doris, Jack and Bob.
We will all miss his sense of humor, his cooking prowess and his love of family.
Our family wishes to thank Dr. Scher for his compassionate care and the palliative care team for keeping him comfortable and content in his final weeks.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Douglas Memorial Hospital (Palliative Care) would be appreciated.

Williams Funeral Services, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. A graveside service will be held at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery on Friday September 8th at 1:00 pm followed by an informal gathering at The Old Bank Bistro.
