CROFT, John Linnen – Of Peterborough, passed away peacefully at Peterborough Reginal Health Centre on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 with family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He was in his 78th year.
John, devoted husband to the late Pat Croft. Loving son of the late Alfie and Mary Ann Croft of Glasgow, Scotland.
Cherished father to Jackie Birch (Rick) of Campbellford, Linda Brown (the late Fred) of Peterborough, John (Kelly) Croft of Peterborough, and David (Sam) Croft of London, England.
Devoted papa of Stephanie, Jeffrey, Samantha, Christopher, Matthew, Kristian, Brenden, Finlay, and Jacob. Great papa of Annabelle and Jaxon. Lovingly remembered by his nephew and best friend Connie and his wife Charlotte, and by his many siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
The family is hosting a Celebration of John’s Life on Saturday, April 15th at 3 PM, at the Glasgow Rangers Supporter Club, 1950 Ellesmere Road, Unit 7, Scarborough, Ontario. Arrangements entrusted with Community Alternative funeral home, Peterborough.
