SIVEC, John - It is with great sadness we announce that John Sivec passed away peacefully, after a brief illness, on August 27, 2017 with his loving family by his side.
He was born on April 19, 1932 to parents George and Kristina.
John was predeceased by his loving wife Myrtle. John is survived by his children Carol (Jim), Kim (Chris), Lynn and Glen (Kirsten).
He will be missed by his many grandchildren, Tara (Dave), John (Mia), Nicole, Matthew, Jack, Tommy, Selena and Virginia.
He was blessed to enjoy his great-grandchildren, Mabel, Theo and Edward. John will be remembered for his abundant jokes and hearty laugh.
A private family funeral service was held.
Donations can be made in John's name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario. Cab 1822 signing off… you will be missed.
