Passed away at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario on Sunday Feb 7^th 2016.

Loving son of Serena Collins and Brad Perrin.

Brother of Ava Jane Perrin.

Grandson of Daniele and Russell Collins and Sandra and Steve Perrin.

Nephew of Daisy Collins (Scott Ferron) and Cheryl Cousineau.

Great grandson of Marilyn and George Deeley, Gordon and Helen Perrin and Pierre and Mairi Brunet.

Family receiving friends at Hillside Funeral Services, on Thursday February 11^th 2016 from 6pm until 7pm.
