Passed away peacefully at the farm, surrounded by his family and horses on Tuesday June 19th, 2018.
Beloved husband of Dorothy McCormick (née Grylls).
Beloved son of the late Patrick and Kathleen McCormick.
Loving and dedicated father of Karie, Kendra, Patrick and Kaylee.
Daniel will be missed by his siblings Dona of Edmonton, Chuck (Doreen) of Roslin, Joan of Belleville, Charlie of Niagara Falls, John (Maryann) of Warsaw, Joe of Port Hope, Patty (Bill) of Tottenham, Mary (Ron) of North Bay, Kevin (Ruth) of Oshawa, Margie (Jim) of Shannonville, Paul (Marcy) of Tweed, Ed (Betty) of Cranbrook, B.C., Mark (Marjorie) of Bowmanville.
Predeceased by brothers Michael and Tom.
Visitation will take place at the farm 515 Halter Road on Saturday from noon until 5 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 40 Russell Street, Monday June 25th at 11:00 am. Memorial mass will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Tuesday June 26th at 2:30 p.m. Interment to take place at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Cemetery, Read.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Central Canadian Horse Pulling Association would be appreciated by the family.

TRENT, Janet Trent – Peacefully entered into rest on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Mary Street Lindsay.
Janet, in her 92nd year, was the wife of the late Clarke (1990).
Loving daughter of the late Fred and Mary Saville, and predeceased by her sisters May Tompkins, Ruby Miller and Doris Morrow.
Janet will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
She was a Life Member of the Women of the Moose & United Church Women.
Janet was a kind and generous lady who will be missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721) on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eden Cemetery, Cambray.
If desired donations to the Oakwood United Church or the Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family.

SWINSON, Bruce Allen - At the tender age of 65 passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, June 18, 2018.
Loving husband of Sue, loving father of Jami and Katrina, predeceased by his son Jonathan (Toad).
A wonderful Poppy to Connor James and Robert William.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place.

Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Monday June 18th, 2018.
Ross is survived by his son's Chris, and Jason (Stacey).
Loving grandfather of of Ariel, Gary, Kitira and Waylon, and his great grandchildren Maverick, Cheyenne and Yvonne.
Remembered by his brother Brian (Susan).

SMIT, John - Passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2018 at the age of 85.
John was the beloved husband of Marie Smit (née Curtin) in their 57th year of marriage.
Much loved father of Ray (Arlene), Nancy (Roger), and Robert.
Opa to Brianna, and Great Opa to Alexis Smith.
John is survived by sisters Wil (the late Renius), Henny (Martin), Thea (the late Hank), predeceased by brothers Gerard (survived by Rita) and Hubert (the late Betty).

MILLER, Elizabeth Maria (Bertele) - In her 98th year Elizabeth (Beth) passed peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her youngest sister Trudy, predeceased by her parents Leonhart and Tereasa Bertele, brother Leonhart.
Bertele,sisters Anna,Eleonore,and Frances, also by her husband Anton Miller, and her special partner Bernard Keenan.
Survived by her children and step children, Eleonora Wright (husband Stan and partner Martin Fisher both deceased), Rita Hannah (Bill), Lisa Carkner( Ted) predeceased husband Bob Carkner, Anton (Christine), Bud (Debbie) Keenan, Lawrence(Marilyn) Keenan, Cathy(predeceased by Larry Rodd)(Bob Coulson),Frank (Bonnie)Keenan, Jerry (Carol) Keenan, Wayne (Judy) Keenan.
Also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great, Great Grandchildren.

Helen Wearing (nee Wallace) in her 95th year was the beloved wife of the late Joe Wearing.
Helen spent her formative years growing up on Bond Street West in Fenelon Falls and is the daughter of the late John and Zeta Wallace.
She is also pre-deceased by her siblings, Eileen Wallace and Jack Wallace.
Loving and selfless mother of Paul and his wife Sarah-Jane of Toronto and Robert and his wife Jeri-Lynn of Whitby.

FINNEY, Allan Walter - Dedicated Employee of the Village of Fenelon Falls for 44 years.
Peacefully on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Fenelon Court Long Term Care, Al Finney, resident of Fenelon Falls, was in his 82 year.
Allan was the son of the late Sandford and Florence Finney and is also pre-deceased by his sister Doreen and her husband Maurice Williams.
Loving uncle of Ron Williams and his wife Gini of Delhi, Maureen and her husband Bill Bentley of North Bay, Jan Williams and Bruce Donaldson of Victoria, B.C., and the late Robert Williams.
He is survived by his niece-in-law, Cathy Williams and Ted Smith of Snow Valley.
Uncle Allan will be forever remembered by his many great-nieces and nephews.
The family of Al Finney will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes' St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Thursday, June 21st from 12Noon until the time of the service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Al wished to be cremated and placed in the family plot at East Oakwood Cemetery.

Allan lived at Fenelon Court for 10 years and won over the hearts of staff, visitors and fellow residents.
A special thank you is extended to the staff and volunteers of Fenelon Court for their exceptional care and support especially in Allan's final days.
