KUMAMOTO, Kazuko (nee TABATA) - It is with great sadness that the family of Kazuko (Kaz) Kumamoto (nee Tabata) wish to share with you of her passing on February 13, 2021.
Kaz was born on October 14, 1929 in Vancouver, British Columbia and passed away at the age of 91 in Mississauga.
Kaz was predeceased by her husband Joe Kumamoto, brother Shigeo Tabata and sister Etsuko Tabata.
Kaz was the loving mother to her sons Brian and Larry and Bachan to Megan.
Kaz will be remembered by her family and friends.
The family appreciates the care provided while at Sunrise Mississauga and recently at Trillium Health Partners in Mississauga.
Unfortunately due to the current situation, a private visitation and burial with the immediate family will be held.
If so desired, donations can be made to the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre.
