KENNETT,Brian John KennettKENNETT, Brian John Kennett   -  Passed away suddenly in his sleep on June 13, 2024 at 88 years of age.

Brian was predeceased by his mother and father Jack and Amy Kennett and his sister Sheila Boliska who emigrated to Canada together when Brian, the youngest, was 17.

Brian's family and loving wife Pauline were saddened by his passing but happy to have had so many years together. Brian lived his life expecting to pass in his 50's as had all the previous generations of Kennett men. He retired from traditional work and started the snowbird lifestyle in his early 50's which lasted a good 25 years. Dealing with snow was not Brian's favourite pastime.

Brian had many careers starting the with Canadian Air Force where he rose to Corporal and teaching electronics. After 5 years he was scooped up by a fellow ex Air Force corporal into the computer industry which was in its infancy. Brian later started his own business, Kendata Electronics and other entrepreneurial activities including real estate and a Mr. Submarine franchise in Bowmanville.

Brian and Pauline met in the Air Force and had 3 children. Brain will be sadly missed by his wife Pauline, daughter Judy (Herve), son Steve (Angie) , grandchildren Matthew, Crystal, Nick, Brittany, son Alan (Karen), grandchildren Martin, Mike, Jason and Ashleigh and many great grandchildren, niece/nephew Susan (Peter), Elliot, Andrea (Jory) and in law family sister Audrey McVeigh (Jim), nephew Ralph Raike (Betty).
