Predeceased in 2015 by her husband Kenneth Victor Scourse.
Loving mother to Les (Marina) of Napanee, Ian (Mary Ann) of Montreal, Angela DiPalma (Tony) of Italy, Gina Saunders (Bill) of Napanee and Ken (Penny) of Napanee.
Dear grandmother to Evan, Erin, Sean, Ashley, Stacey, Mark, Sonia, Jason, Brittany, Nathanial and Christian. Adored great-grandmother to Bianca, Sienna, Aurora, Vincenzo, Annabella, Alessia, Riley, Briar, Lowen, Coen, and Sophie.
Sister to David (Gina) Danielsen of Wales.
The family will receive friends at Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Thursday, July 5th from 6 - 8 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday at 11 am. Interment Riverside Cemetery.

CHAMBERLAIN, Olive May (Ranson) - Peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville, on Wednesday June 27th, 2018.
The former Olive May Ranson age 91 years.
Beloved wife of the late William Richard ( Dick ) Chamberlain.
Loving daughter of the late Robert Ranson and the former Margery Riley.
She leaves behind a step-son, Richard Chamberlain of Ottawa.
Olive is also survived by three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, Joan Pruner ( Donald ) of Kanata, Jean Allen of Ottawa, Barbara Phillips of Burlington and Clifford Chamberlain ( Karen ) of Guelph.
In keeping with Olive's wishes, a Private Grave-Side Service will be held at Glen Elbe Cemetery.

DYKSTRA, Dirk - Passed away peacefully at the age of 75, surrounded by his beloved family at Providence Care Hospital on Wednesday June 27, 2018.
Dirk is survived by his loving wife Janet of 53 years, his children Chris (Satoe), Randy (Tammy), Carmen and his grandchildren, Reid,Jack,Janel,Tucker, Joey (Andrea), Jared,Bailey,Hayden, Layne, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and his many nieces and nephews.
Dirk's career as a Carpenter began in 1968 and his passions included music,sailing and his family.
The family will greet friends and relatives at Westside Fellowship Christian Reformed Church at 1021 Woodbine Road Kingston, Ontario from 7:00-9:00 pm on Tuesday July 3, 2018 and on Wednesday July 4, 2018 from 10:00 am until time of Service at 11:00 am. Luncheon to follow after service.

EMPEY, Carol Ruby Catherine (née Rathwell) - Passed away peacefully at her home in Gananoque on Wednesday, June 27th, 2018.
At 59 years-old, Carol will be remembered and is survived by: her two children, Travis Empey and Danielle Manley (Empey), son-in-law Joey Manley and her first grandchild Jackson Thomas Manley who she was blessed to meet before her passing; Travis and Danielle’s father, Jim Empey, Carol’s sister, Kathy Havekes, brother-in-law, Jim Havekes, and her mother Lola Rathwell (Allen Rathwell); Carol’s many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Always a lover of nature and the St. Lawrence River, Carol will be celebrated in weeks to come by close family and friends.

DRENNAN, Arnold Joseph - Passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.
Arnold Joseph Drennan, at the age of 82 years.
Beloved husband of Susan (nee Hamer) and the late Jane Drennan.
Dear father of Mary Drennan and Kenneth Drennan (Fiona).
Also survived by his grandchildren Jennifer, Cody and Erin as well as by one great grandchild Emily.
Brother of Joe (Marg), Ron (Denise), Gene (Caroline), AnnaMae and Bonnie Young (Cliff).
Arnold was predeceased by his daughter Lesley Fong and a grandson Christopher.
A celebration of Arnold's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted with the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville.

DORT, Clarice Gwendolyn (Lewis) - A loving lady known by all as “Nan”, passed away peacefully at Kingston Health & Science center on June 26th, 2018 at the young age of 90.
She was born to late Clarence Ashburn Lewis and Eva Melinda Lewis on September 27th, 1927.
She was the wife of the late Foster Gordon Dort of 72 years of marriage.
She was the mother of sons Stephen Foster (Norma), David Lewis (Laura), Timothy Clare (Hilda) and beloved daughter Melinda Elaine Joyce (deceased) and Heather Anne (Kevin).
She will be sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren Colleen Dort, Gordon Dort, Patricia Dort, Carrie MacDonald, Phillip Dort, Julie Doyle, Jessica Dort, Brandon Dort, Sandi Fitzpatrick, Nicholas Fitzpatrick, Kayla Fitzpatrick and 18 great-grandchildren.
Clarice spent a lifetime caring for family and friends.
She loved to bake sweets and always enjoyed a hot cup of tea whenever possible.
She enjoyed making homemade crafts, attending Sunday church and dancing the evening away in the kitchen with family.
She was the person if anyone ever called asking for anything she would reply with “give me a minute let me go run the comb through my hair and put some lipstick on”. She will be greatly missed by all.

Cremation has taken place at the James Reid Crematorium. Church Services will be held in Half Way Cove, NS at St. James Anglican Church, burial to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Guysborough, Nova Scotia on Wednesday July 4th, 2018 at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A graveside service will be held at the Tamworth Cemetery on Thursday, June 28 at 11:00 a.m. , followed by a reception at the Hannah Funeral Home.

McCREERY, Dr. Sharon Alice (nee Peebles), OD - born Yorkton SK, 13 April 1945, daughter of William Morley and Katherine Gladys; sister of William Morley Jr, of Edmonton.
Loving wife for more than 50 years of Dr. Paul McCreery, mother of Dr. Christopher Paul (Matthew Malone) of Halifax, and Jonathan Morley (Dr. Rebecca Chippior) of Kingston, and grandmother of baby Isla Rebecca.
Passed away peacefully at Providence Care Hospital on 26 June.
For more than forty-five years Sharon along with Paul practiced optometry in Kingston at St. Lawrence Optometry Clinic.
Sharon was a caring clinician and loved her patients and profession.
A keen golfer, swimmer and card player, in recent years she volunteered for the CNIB and the Bibles for Missions Thrift Shop.
In retirement she and Paul enjoyed spending the winter months in Arizona.
A funeral service and celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at Princess Street United Church, 484 Albert Street, Kingston, Saturday June 30 at 11 am, followed by a private interment at Cataraqui Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the University Hospitals Kingston (Providence Care) and or the CNIB.
