With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jon Kosakowski in October 2024. Jon was a beloved family member and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His kind spirit and dedication to those around him will always be remembered.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at De Stefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM in the De Stefano Funeral Home Chapel.

For those unable to attend the service in person, you are welcome to join via Livestream just before 1:00 PM on October 17th. Please also consider sharing a memory of Jon for inclusion in a keepsake book for his family and friends.
