Mary Kotowicz
July 30, 1952 – October 16, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Mary Kotowicz on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket. She was surrounded by her closest family members.

Mary was the beloved wife of Mark for 54 years, spending their retirement at their favorite place in Muskoka, enjoying the beauty of lake sunrises and sunsets together. She was a devoted mother to Jolanta (Larry), Irene (Roman), and Christopher (Elizabeth), and a cherished grandmother to six grandchildren: Jessica (Joey), Nicholas, Justin, Mikayla, Christian, and Charlie. Mary was also a loving sister to Margaret (Joe) and aunt to nieces Eryka, Alicia, and Celina. She was a dedicated "Pug Mom" to Sammy.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Turner & Porter – Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, on Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Rosary prayers at 8:15 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Polish Roman Catholic Church, 4260 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., followed by burial at Park Lawn Cemetery, 2845 Bloor Street, Toronto.
