Leonard Walter Joseph Ladouceur

August 7, 1943 – March 27, 2025

It is with great sadness that we share the death of our father Leonard Walter Ladouceur, on March 27, 2025, at the age of 81. Born in East York on August 7, 1943, Len lived a life full of family, friends, work, and travel. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years, Sharon Ladouceur.

Loving father of Michelle (pre-deceased) (Allen), John (Faye), Bill (Sally), and Dan (Angela). Cherished Poppa of Kimberlee (Phil), Nicholas, Madeline, A.J. (Sarah), Abby, and Theodore. Dear brother to Joan, Annette, and Carole.

Len was a caregiver above all else. He dearly loved his family and devoted his final few years to the care of both his wife and his mother. He was a dedicated member of St. John the Evangelist parish, Knights of Columbus Council 4895, and volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul for many years.

Len will be deeply missed by those who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 903 Giffard St., Whitby, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery for both Leonard and Sharon will take place directly following the funeral mass.
