Peacefully at Haliburton Highlands Health Services, on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.
Jack at the age of 90.
Loving father of Jon. Beloved son of the late John and Margery Lee. Brother of Patricia Ellis (Derek), Geraldine Lee, late Ivan Lee (late Daphne), and late Joan Towner (late Harold).
Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Following Jack's wishes cremation will take place.
A memorial service will be held at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 1:00 pm. with interment to follow at Oshawa Union Cemetery.
Donations made in memory of Jack to The Farley Foundation or Lake Ontario Waterkeepers would be appreciated by his family.
