GREENFIELD, Leona Alberta 'Bertha' - (August 7th, 1942 – July 9th, 2021) -
It is with great sadness and little relief we share with you the passing of our mom on July 9th, 2021. Mom passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre with her children by her side.
She will be joining our dad. Loving mother and friend to Laura Jean, Shelley, Ted and step mom to Jenny. She will be missed by her sisters Jean Campbell, Wendy McGenerty, Vera Lonsdale and brother Bucky, Bob, and Danny Lonsdale.
Caring grandmother to 10 and great grandmother to 20. Greeting her is her mom, Brother Bill and Sister Peggy.
There will be no funeral at Mom’s request but a gathering of friends and family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Taylor funeral home, Newmarket.
A big Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Southlake Regional Health Centre, especially the ICU team that were so kind and compassionate on that difficult day.
