ELLIS, Linda Ann (nee Quackenbush; formerly Pugh, Smith) - Peacefully at PRHC on Monday, March 13, 2017 on her 69th birthday.
Linda, beloved wife of the late Raymond Ellis, Laverne Smith, and Andrew Pugh.
Dear mother of Tammy Watson (Scott Murray), Tina Gushue, Jacqueline Vandenberg (Ron), Dawn Hanes, and Phillip Pugh. Step mother of Carollee Dower, and Randy Ellis.
Missed by her many grandchildren, step grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Daughter of the late David Quackenbush and Peggy Booker.
She was a farmer, a bus driver, and a small business owner in her life. She will always be remembered by her friends and family as a social butterfly, whose laugh and smile would fill the room. Now her laugh can be heard in heaven, and will last in our memories.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough on Thursday, March 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Highland Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Spring Interment Norwood Cemetery.
Special thanks to the compassionate staff at PRHC and Peterborough Retirement Home for the care and compassion shown to Linda during her stay there.
