Charles Alfred Liscoumb

February 13, 1945 – November 20, 2024

Charles “Chuck” Alfred Liscoumb passed away from a sudden and brief illness on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at North Bay Regional Health Centre. Born on February 13, 1945, Chuck’s life was filled with love, laughter, and a passion for fishing, bowling, and cheering on his favorite hockey and baseball teams.

Chuck is lovingly remembered by his children, Mike, Larry (Jessica Zulak), and Donna (Dan Mongrain). He was predeceased by his eldest son, who tragically passed away at age 20 from meningitis. He was a cherished grandfather to Brandon, Evan, and Danica, and a proud great-grandfather to Leonardo.

Known for his deep love of animals and his vibrant personality, Chuck brought joy to those around him. His family plans to honor his final wish by gathering in Niagara Falls next summer to spread his ashes in a heartfelt celebration of his life.

The Liscoumb family extends their gratitude to the Critical Care Unit at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their compassion and care during Chuck’s final days. Charles was able to contribute to science and research through organ donation, a testament to his giving spirit.

In memory of Charles Alfred Liscoumb, friends and family are invited to plant a memorial tree through the Tree Store, preserving his legacy for generations to come.

Memories and notes of condolence may be shared at Martyn Funeral Home.
