Cecile Marie Locking
December 26, 1949 – January 9, 2025
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Cecile Marie Locking on January 9, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Hospice. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place, and there will be no service as per her wishes. Donations in her memory may be made to the Thunder Bay Minor Hockey Association.
