DOSA, Lucia – Peacefully at the Niagara Health System – St. Catharines Site, on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Lucia (Persia) of Thorold, in her 87th year.
Wife of the late Luca Dosa (1999). Dear mother of Angela Dosa, Anna (John Petrie), Nick Dosa and Lou Dosa (Vicky). Loving Nonna to Luke & Cole Petrie, Tyler, Nathan, Zachary and Luca Dosa.
Sister of the late Michele Persia, Angelina (Domenico D'Amico), Giovanni Persia (Costanza), Emidio Persia (Antonietta). Zia Lucia will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, Thorold, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday and 2:00 -4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Sunday with Vigil Prayers recited at 3:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 21 Queen Street, Thorold, on Monday, January 9th at 2:00 p.m. Rite of Committal at Lakeview Cemetery.
A special thank you to Dr. Nagai and all the wonderful nursing staff at the N.H.S. Dialysis Unit for their care and compassion.
