OOSMAN, Luzviminda Malla - It is with great sadness that the family of Luzviminda Malla Oosman announces her passing on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the age of 73 years.
Luzviminda passed away peacefully at her home in Aurora, ON.
Beloved wife of Mohamad Oosman. Adoring mother to Melissa, Farida (Will), and Sean (Christine). ‘Lola’ will be dearly missed by her grandson, Mason. She is survived by her sister, Marchita, and her brother, Florentino.
Luzviminda was predeceased by her parents, Antonio Malla and Margarita Reyes, and 5 of her siblings.
Luzviminda was a caring, compassionate, and loving person. She worked as a teacher in the Philippines and later pursued a career in the healthcare field as a personal support worker. With her heart of gold, she had empathy and a passion for helping others. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.
The family will be honouring Luzviminda on Friday, November 13th at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON. Visitation will be held at 9:30-10:30 am. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private Chapel Service will be held following the visitation at 12:00 pm.
