Gordon Jeffery Mansholt

1969 - 2025

Entered into rest on the evening of Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the age of 55. Gordon will be deeply missed by his longtime companion, Terri Lynn, their daughter Victoria, and her brother Connor. Gordon was the beloved son of Lillian and the late Gerhard. He was predeceased by his brother Garry and his nephew Joey. He is survived by his siblings: Greg (Teresa), Grant, Carolyn (Harry predeceased), and Terry (Andrew). He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Janice, his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

He was a lifelong resident of Cannington and forged many deep and enduring friendships, both near and far. He was very intelligent and highly skilled in many trades such as construction, plumbing, mechanics, and electrical work. A true master of the term “jack-of-all-trades,” his expertise led him to assist many friends and family members with projects at any time of day. The results of his work will live on as a testament to his generosity and skill. He will be deeply missed.

The family of Gordon Mansholt will receive friends at Thorne Funeral Home, Cannington Chapel, 109 Laidlaw Street South, Cannington, on Saturday, March 1st, from 12:30 – 2 p.m.. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2 p.m.

Final Resting Place: Cedar Vale Cemetery, C1605 Regional Road 12, Cannington, Ontario.
