Joan Manuel

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Manuel on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 77. Joan was predeceased by her partner Don, her parents Albert and Myrtle Rees, and her brother Dave Rees.

Joan leaves to mourn her children Craig (Yolima), Rob (Tiff), and Lisa (Kevin), as well as her beloved grandchildren Shane (Daisy), Scott, Kristy (Kyle), Kyle (Victoria), Cory, Chelsea (Jake), Travis (Natacha), and Cooper. She was a proud great-grandmother to Owen, Penny, Peighton, and Bryce. Joan will also be dearly missed by her siblings Eunice (Lief), Barb (Russ), Carolyn (Bill), and her extended family and friends.

In accordance with Joan’s wishes, she will be cremated, and no service will be held. Joan will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Aftercare Funeral Home.
