McFADYEN, Margaret Elizabeth (nee WADESON) - Margaret passed away in her sleep on the morning of Saturday, December 2, 2023.
Born in England, she was a longtime resident of Dundas, Ontario.
She came to Canada as a child, studied library science, worked as a librarian, and was an eminent library administrator.
She was predeceased by her husband, Don; and her sister, Marion.
Margaret was articulate, knowledgeable, funny, had a wonderful voice, and was altogether irreplaceable.
Her multitude of friends will miss her greatly.
Her Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, March 23rd, from 2:00-5:00 p.m., at The First Unitarian Church of Hamilton, 170 Dundurn St. S., Hamilton.
