WALKER, Margaret Erskine - Passed away at Providence Healthcare in Toronto on Sunday, November 20, 2016 in her 75th year.
Beloved mother of Margaret Anne Chisholm (Andrew McFarlane), and Wes Walker (Donna Gibson-Walker).
Dear grandmother of Brody and Holden Chisholm, Aliyah Fraser, and Ethan Walker.
Special thanks to the teams at Sunnybrook, Ajax-Pickering, and Providence hospitals for the loving care they showed our Mom.
The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village, (Ajax) 289-539-0036 on Saturday November 26th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm.
