McKENDRICK, Helen Joyce
Helen Joyce McKendrick peacefully passed away on July 3, 2024, at Moira Place Long Term Care at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bradley. Helen is survived by her cherished children: Kathleen Hyland (Bob), Tracey Edwards (Peter), Jeffrey McKendrick (Ratipa), and James Matthew McKendrick. She was a loving grandmother to Kelly Leeder (Jonathon), Heather Hyland, Sarah Stapley (Mathew), Adam Stapley, Allen McKendrick (Georgia), Andrew McKendrick, Eric McKendrick, and Mitchell McKendrick, and a great-grandmother to Harry, Isla, Elvie, Ellie, and Bradley.
Helen was born in Kirkland Lake and raised in Toronto. She met and married the love of her life, Bradley, and together they raised four children.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 12 p.m.
