Thomas McLerie

December 31, 1948 - November 10, 2024

Thomas McLerie (Tom), aged 75, passed away peacefully at home on November 10, 2024, after a long battle with Lewy Body Disease. He was surrounded by his loving wife, Erica, of 53 years, and their children: Nicole (Garrett), Shannon (Jason), and Robert (Soonie). Tom was a proud grandfather to Mackenzie, Kiana, Madelyn, Kaiya, Kaitlyn, Maliek, Garrett, Kerstin, Rylee, and Xavier, and a delighted great-grandfather to Saoirse. A retired Professor from Seneca College (RAQC), Tom had a deep love for travel, particularly cruising the world with Erica. His family and friends will forever cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, located at 1057 Brock Road, Pickering.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Baycrest Foundation in his honor.
