Aidan Thomas Meldrum

Aidan Thomas Meldrum passed away on November 12, 2024, in Oshawa, Ontario, at 26 years of age. Aidan was an incredibly creative and talented young man who excelled in Blender animation and was known for his unique melodica playing.

His love for arcane and esoteric subjects was evident through his readings of Tarot cards and the works of H.P. Lovecraft. Aidan channeled his imagination into Dungeons & Dragons, crafting magical, intricate stories that enthralled everyone. His sharp wit and dark humor, combined with impeccable impressions, brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. Whether dominating board games or dazzling Twitch audiences, Aidan's charm and intellect shone brightly.

Aidan had a deep love for animals, especially dogs. He cared deeply for his Jack Russell-Dachshund mix, Barley, until her passing, and immediately bonded with his brothers' dogs, Teddy, Juno, and Zagreus. Despite allergies, he even showed affection to cats he encountered.

He is survived by his mother Susan, father Douglas, and brothers Iain (Tyson) and Christopher (Jennifer).

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM, with the service to follow at 2:00 PM, at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St., Bowmanville, Ontario.
