SIMPSON, Michael (Marchello) David - With profound sadness we announce Michael's passing on October 10, 2023, in his 55th year.
Michael was the much-loved son of Donald Simpson and Tonie Simpson, brother of Michelle Simpson, uncle of James and Samantha Doughty, and dear companion of Jennifer Marshall.
He leaves behind many wonderful longtime friends whom he truly cherished, including his pup, Pappy.
Michael was a brilliant, creative, adventurous soul.
He divided his time between the family cottage on Three Mile Lake in Muskoka, Toronto, and his home in Guatemala.
Founder of Leslieville Cheese Market, Farmer's Pantry, and several Guatemalan ventures, Michael taught us to take chances and to carry on despite adversities.
He will be missed beyond measure.
