ABATE, Michele - God called Michele peacefully on August 8, 2020 at the age of 92.
He is reunited in heaven with his daughter Pierina. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Angela. Cherished by his daughter Rosie (Nick Capizzo).
Proud Nonno to Paul Capizzo (Lilliana) Diane (Darren Simpson), and Andrew Argentini. Adoring great grandfather to five.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitation (WITH RESTRICTIONS) will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Tuesday August 11th from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 12th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church (on Islington Ave., south of Langstaff Rd.). Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
If so desired, donations in memory of Michele may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
