LEWICKI, Mike - Peacefully, at his home after complications from Addison's Disease on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Michael David Lewicki of Goderich, in his 53rd year.
Dear son and stepson of Rosemary Carson-Rees and John Rees.
Survived by his half brothers and half sisters.
Nephew of Mel Habbershaw (Late Ruth Ann) and his partner, Pat Slote and David Carson and his wife, Debby.
Also remembered by his many cousins. Mike was a terrific athlete who played hockey, tennis and pickle ball. He coached women's tennis at Queen's University.
He could talk up sports of all kinds and was something of a professional sports aficionado. Mike enjoyed cooking and was good at it.
He had a wonderful sense of humour and didn't have a mean bone in his body. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place.
A Memorial Service will be held at Falconer Funeral Homes - Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Drive East, Goderich, on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. A Reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Addison's Society (https://www.addisonsociety.ca/) would be greatly appreciated.
