It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the passing of Pamela Lynne Moore, who peacefully passed away on February 27, 2025, at Michael Garron Hospital, at the age of 66. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Born on April 1, 1958, in St. John, New Brunswick, Pam had the true heart of a Maritimer. She leaves behind her broken-hearted, devoted husband and high school sweetheart, John Steven Moore; loving son, Jonathan Hinton Moore (Karina); beloved mother, Geraldine Hinton; and sister, Beth Minifie. Deeply saddened are her sisters-in-law, Sherri and Darlene. Pam is now reunited with her late father, Blair Hinton; brother, Brad (Joanne); and father and mother-in-law, John and Renie Moore in heaven.
Pamela will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren, Madisyn and Jackson. She was the adored aunt of Brandi (Corey), Michelle (Shawn), Caralisa (Theo), Sean, Sarah, Andrew (Brooke), and Ryan. Her kind-hearted and caring nature will be missed by many family and friends.
Throughout her life, Pam was an inspiration of happiness, hope, and love. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend to all who knew her. In her professional career, Pam was an accountant, business partner in an investment firm, and served on investment industry, charity, and business boards. She was at the top of her field and well respected.
Visitation in Pam’s memory will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel.
A private cemetery service will follow for immediate family.
If you are unable to attend in person, please join the family on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. for the live-streamed service and graveside committal.
