HUMMEL, Morus - Artist - (1936 – 2017) - Peacefully at home on the 10th of March, 2017.
Beloved husband of Ingrid (née van Rooy). Loving father to Rupert (Claire) and the late Jeffrey (Michelle), Cyrus (Kelly), Thekla (Charlie), Saskia, and Emile (Charlotte). Adored Opa of Robert, Julia, Raymond, Saroya, Bosco, Demetrius, Naiia, Tatyana, Henry, Charlie, and Van.
Dear brother of the late Bosco (Marlene), Ferdinand (Dragica), the late Ismene, and Melanie (Christoph). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Thank you to all those involved in Morus’ care. Morus was an extraordinary person and an inspiration to all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 9th at the Gore's Landing Community Hall, 5199 Burnham Street North, Gore’s Landing from 2 – 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Parkinson Society Canada would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Benson-Shields Funeral Home, Millbrook.
