Cornelis "Cor" Mostert

July 12, 1936 – October 27, 2024

After a lengthy illness, Cornelis "Cor" Mostert passed away peacefully on October 27, 2024, at the age of 88. Cor was a beloved husband to Carol, a devoted father to Jessica (Walter) Sherwin and Arnold (Joanne) Mostert, and a cherished grandfather to Joshua Mostert. He was a dear brother to his late siblings Maria, Arend, Eliza, Minnie, Martin, and Dick, and a caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Cor’s warmth and friendship touched the lives of many, and he will remain forever in our hearts.

Cor was a patient at Glen Hill Strathaven Long Term Care Home, where he was surrounded by love and dedicated care. His family extends their gratitude to the staff for their compassion.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 2805 Highway 2 East, Bowmanville, Ontario, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
