Suddenly passed away at Crown Ridge Retirement Residence on May 25, 2026 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl Donnelly. Loving father to his shining star Patrick Donnelly (deceased) , JP Dillon, William Dillon, and Elizabeth Dillon. Cherished Poppa to Alana, Shayla, and Alexandra. Loving brother of Cathy McCormack (mother of David McCormack) and Jim Donnelly. Phil was predeceased by his parents Patrick (2004) and Anne Donnelly.
