FERGUSON, Joan Ferguson

Peacefully, in Ottawa, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 84 years old. Predeceased by her loving husband Fred Ferguson.

Joan Ferguson was the proud mother of Ian (Mary Vincent), and cherished Nanny to Ella and Malcolm. Beloved sister of Wendy Elinsky, and dear aunt to Tana and Ryan. She will be missed by extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Tubman Funeral Home Garden Chapel, 3440 Richmond Road, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 11:00am. Reception to follow. A private interment will take place.
