
Finally reunited with his beloved spouse of 69 years, Norma Rivard (née Turner), Clarence passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 97.
He is survived by his loving sons Raymond and Mark (Cindy), and cherished grandchildren Ray Jr. (Crystal), Donna (Kyle), Monique (Steve), Elizabeth, and Emily.
Dear great-grandfather of Collin, Brianna, Cameron, Asia, and Xavier.
Clarence is also survived by his sister Ruth Ann and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Jenny, and siblings Zella Anne “Toots” (Delore), Marie (Ted),
Edna (John), Don (Flow), Lawrence, Joe (Loretta), Leo (Edith), Butch (Pat), and Alfred.
Known for his infectious sense of humor and joy, Clarence lit up every room he entered. A proud father and devoted “Pepe,” he found great joy in camping trips with his grandchildren,
creating lasting memories filled with laughter and adventure.
Clarence was a skilled handyman and a dependable friend. He was a proud member of the Sun Parlour Trailer Club #158 and worked as a truck driver for 50 years,
traveling over 2 million miles across North America without a single accident.
The family extends sincere thanks to the staff at Shoreview for their care, and special gratitude to Dr. Dale Ziter for his ongoing support.
Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, Windsor on Sunday, May 11, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As per Clarence’s wishes, cremation will take place.
