KEASEY, Kimenko  -  Kim passed away on June 18, 2022, in the home that she so loved in Innerkip, moving there from Bolton in 1990.

She was predeceased by her father, mother, brother and beloved husband, Ernie.

Unfortunately they were only married for 11 years before his death, but those were the most joyful years of her life.

She leaves behind 3 stepdaughters, Glenda Rose, Wanda Leonard, Karon Collins, their families and many friends.

Kim struggled with Parkinson's disease the last few years of her life, but did it bravely, independently, with enormous strength and courage.

She had a long and rewarding career as a Registered Nurse at Toronto Western Hospital, working in many different departments over the years. Kim mentored and inspired many fellow nurses and formed numerous lifelong friendships along the way.

She loved cruising, bridge, baseball and baking. She became famous for her butter tarts and rhubarb muffins. Kim was very grateful and appreciative of all the support and care by her friends, neighbours and the community of Innerkip.

A remembrance service will take place on Saturday, July 9th, at 11:00 a.m. at Innerkip Presbyterian Church. Reception following and interment with Ernie in Innerkip Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Innerkip Presbyterian Church or Parkinson Canada.
