McCORRY, Patricia V. (nee McDOWELL) - Born May 19, 1932, Pat passed away the evening of August 9, 2022, at the Woodhaven Long Term Care, in Markham.
Predeceased by her husband, Ronald (2017); and youngest daughter, Karen Russell (2018).
Loving mother to Vicki Wilhelm and Michael (Linda) McCorry.
Proud grandmother to Matthew and Adam Wilhelm, Hanah and Christine McCorry, Taylor and Breanne Russell.
Graduated from Western Technical-Commercial School in 1950, started her career with Retail Credit Company.
She raised her family, attended York University for her degree, then returned to the workforce 20 years later.
Active member at St. Jude's Anglican Church, the Girl Guide movement, and various organizations as a volunteer.
Special thanks to her dedicated caregiver, Dimple.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11 a.m., at St. Jude's (Wexford) Anglican Church, located at 10 Howarth Avenue, Scarborough.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer Society or St Jude's Anglican Church will be gratefully appreciated.
