Loving Dad of Kevin (Mariette), Paul (Sue) and Sally (Bob). Proud Grampy of Maygan, Andrew, Tyler, Hayley, Colin and great granddaughter Emma Grace.
Dearest brother of Hilda and brother -in-law of George, John, Peter, Rita and Marg.
Gordon will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada and England.
Gordon was born in Radstock, England and has many friends and family in Canada, England and Florida.
He enjoyed his favourite pastimes of watching Soccer and Darts.
In following Gordon's wishes, cremation has taken place.

DECYK, Helena Sophia Decyk (nee Andrejko) - 71, of Oshawa, ON, passed away on September 6th, 2015 peacefully at her home in Oshawa.
Helena is survived by her mother Теофіля, her sister Dana and brother-in-law Ron, of Mississauga, her son Mark, daughter-in-law Odarka and grandchildren Gregory and Olena of Toronto, ON, her daughter Dana and grandchildren Isabella and Sophia of Whitby, ON, her cousins Ollie, Peter, Julie, Christine and her niece Madison.
She is also survived by an extensive family in Ukraine.
She is predeceased by her father Григорій. Helena was born in Komarno, Ukraine to Григорій and Теофіля on November 20, 1943.
She attended high school at Humberside Collegiate Institute, graduating in 1961. She earned a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto in 1965. She worked as a pharmacist in Toronto, then in Oshawa for Medical Pharmacies at the Oshawa Clinic for 32 years. Having qualified as an optician, she owned and operated Clinic Optical, Rossland Optical and Courtice Optical. She enjoyed travel, food, music and art, and established a unique collection of Ukrainian themed works.
Visitation will be held at DESTEFANO FUNERAL HOME, 1289 Keith Ross Dr., Oshawa, ON (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595, on Thursday September 10th at 2PM - 4PM and 7PM - 9PM. Panachyda will be said at 7:30pm.
Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial held at ST. GEORGE THE GREAT MARTYR UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (597 Albert St., Oshawa, ON) on Friday September 11th at 10:30AM with Reverend Hancharyk officiating. Burial will follow on Monday at Park Lawn Cemetery in Toronto.
