Passed away peacefully, at St. Michael's Hospital on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at age 86.
Beloved wife "Patsy" of the late Harold Matsubayashi.
Loving mother of Karen, Terry, Linda (Alex) and Dianne (Bruce).
Predeceased by father, Herbert Alexander Black; mother and step-father, Edith Kathleen (née Herbert) and Edwin Towner Deane.
Besides her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her step-son, Ron Akira Fenwick (née Matsubayashi).
A private viewing was held for immediate family.
Cremation has taken place.
She lived a full life and will be deeply missed.
