In loving memory of Rita Shawera (née Pépin), 94 years, who passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Rita was one of the first employees at Sudbury Nursing Home and spent her career caring for others. She enjoyed travel, bingo, and time with her family.

Funeral Mass at St. Jean de Brébeuf Church, Sudbury, on February 22, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Meals on Wheels would be appreciated.
