March 7, 1941 - February 17, 2025

Hubert Llewellyn Phillips (aka Seymour) passed away just shy of his 84th birthday. A beloved husband, father, uncle, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he made an indelible mark on all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Iris and his children Veronica, Wayne, Hillary, Courtney, Sheryl, Raymond, and Jeffrey, along with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
