RUSSELL, Robert Edward “Bob” - Proud police officer serving 30 years with the Toronto Police Force, attained rank of Inspector.
Went on to hold senior positions within the Ontario Police Commission.
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Bob on May 27, 2019 at the age of 89 years.
Cherished son of the late Daniel and Mary.
Predeceased by siblings Thomas, Mary and Reta Beloved Husband of Betty (nee: Proctor) for 67 yrs.
Loving Father to Tom (Barb), Sandra (Chuck).
Adored Grandfather of Sarah (John), Alex, Laura, Daniel (Courtney) and Meaghan.
Bob will be dearly missed by his extended family and his many friends.
A special thank you to the staff at Wynfield Long Term Care, as well as the staff at Port Perry Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, announcements to follow.
